JR’S BOUNCE HOUSE LLC provides bounce house rentals, inflatable party equipment, and event entertainment services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Content on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guaranteed reservation until confirmed in writing.

3. Bookings & Payments

Reservation requests submitted through our website or contact form are not final until confirmed by JR’S BOUNCE HOUSE LLC. We reserve the right to decline any booking request. Deposits, payment terms, and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Use of Website

The information on our website is subject to change without notice. You agree not to misuse, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offense.

5. SMS / Text Message Program

JR’S BOUNCE HOUSE LLC offers two separate opt-in SMS programs described below. Participation in either program is completely optional and is not required to submit a form, make a booking, or use our services.

Program A — Service & Booking Messages (Non-Marketing)

When you opt in, you may receive non-marketing text messages from JR’S BOUNCE HOUSE LLC about: booking confirmations, reservation reminders, event day logistics, and service notifications.

Program B — Marketing & Promotions

When you opt in, you may receive marketing text messages about: special offers, discounts, and service updates from JR’S BOUNCE HOUSE LLC at the phone number provided.

5.1 — Opting Out

You can cancel SMS messages from either program at any time. Simply reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP message, we will send a final confirmation SMS acknowledging your unsubscription. You will no longer receive messages from the applicable program after that point. To re-enroll, simply sign up again through our opt-in form.

5.3 — Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by network conditions and carrier policies outside our control.

5.4 — Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for all messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on the program(s) you opt into and your activity with JR’S BOUNCE HOUSE LLC. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

5.5 — Recurring Messages Disclosure

By opting into either SMS program, you authorize JR’S BOUNCE HOUSE LLC to send recurring text messages to the mobile phone number you provide. You are not required to agree to receive recurring messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

5.6 — Prohibited Content

Our SMS messages will never contain:

• Phishing attempts, smishing, or social engineering designed to manipulate you into sharing private information
• Illegal content — all messages comply with applicable federal and state laws
• SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, or tobacco) that does not comply with federal and state law and regulations

5.7 — SMS Opt-In Data Protection

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
